    If you just bought it and only put 15 rounds through it...thats not enough. Most guns will work better after 100+ rounds. They are like cars and require a break in period. I would shoot it as is for a while and then see if you still have this problem. I have a hunting rifle that wouldn't load bullets well until I shot 100 rounds through it. The extractor needed to be broken in. The only thing that I can think of replacing on your weapon would be the trigger spring. That may help but I wouldn't do that until I knew that the trigger couldn't be broken in further.

    Read a post on rimfire.com and they were talking about replacing trigger springs with springs from ball point pens. Sounds like it may work.

    i've done several trigger jobs on these, after break in a little stoning on the trigger and sear and a lighter spring will help a lot. brownells sells trigger kits fo $70/80.
