Dillon D-Terminator Electronic Scale (Old Model) C

I just received an older-model Dillon D-Terminator electronic powder scale that is without instructions. Can anybody tell me how to properly set the calibration on this device? The zero is easy but the use of the 700 gr. check weight calibration is a mystery. Thanks

  usn; I have had one since it first came out. Just looked in the file and do not see the instructions, not sure there was much with it?! What does it read with the 700gr check weight on it? Mine has never needed any adjustment, but there almost has to be a printed circuit potentiometer inside the case for 'tweeking'. The one I have now is a replacement from Dillon sent within the first year as the original 'wondered' around a lot. The replacement is much better but has to warm up to settle down and still occasionally drifts off 1-2 tenths. If doing precision loads, I use my RCBS beam scale as double checking the electronic scale with each load gets old fast.
  Rufe is right about Dillons support, it is the best I have ever encountered.

  I have a Pact scale and even tho I think they make the Dillon scale, there evidently is a bit of difference. If you will contact me I will send you what my manual says about calibration, you can then maybe apply the method to your scale. Emery
