Browning Hi-power mag functionality

Does anyone here that shoots a Browning Hi-Power use the 17 round south african mags or the Mec-Gar 15rders? I'm curious as to how reliable these are compared to the factory 13rd mags.

  I can't answer your question specifically regarding the Mec-Gar ( 15), as my experience has been with the 20 rounders.
  
  They worked fine in my Browning.
  
  They ( Mec-Gar), supply OEM magazines to many manufactures. My P-11 came with them, and they also function well.

  I have used the south african mags, and they function fine. Better get a mag loader too, because it is nearly impossible to get more than 14 in one without it. They fit tight in the mag well, and won't drop free.

  My son has two 15 round Mec-Gar's and they work just perfect out of his FEG PJK-9HP. He never tried the 17 round SA mags, but he does have one 15 round SA mag and it works pretty good. The only thing he dosen't like about it is that it rattles. Makes too much noise!
