Ammo Laws

Are hollow points illegal in any states, specifically California? I didn't know if they were like AP or not.

  Hollowpoints are legal in Kalifornia.....don't know about the others!!!!

  I beleive that the only ammo that is restricted is armor peircing (scarce) and Win SXT which the boxes are marked LEO, Black Talons are popping up all over the place lately and were thought to be restricted. It depends on local laws I guess, none of the ammo I have ever come across has been deemed illegal.

  PS, all of this can be purchased all over the internet anyway GB too.
  
  In Mexico though, ONLY the Police and Military can even own .45 ammo or firearms.
