stevens 22 model # ?
I have an older stevens 22 bolt action with no model number the only markings are trade mark stevens on one side and 22 short-long or long rifle on the other side and of course the j.stevens and the address. is there a way for me to find out the model number and manufacter date

The best/only thing you can do would be to post some high quality pictures. Perhaps one of our knowledgeable members, would be able to identify it.

Look on the Auction forum for a very similar looking Stevens 22 and either assume thats it or post the auction # for us to see and try to help you from there.
