The website itself looks like phpnuke for law enforcement so I am scared to even consider buying anything. The ammunition itself sounds good but I wouldn't exactly call it self-defence. More like offensive ammunition.
So, anyone hear about that type of ammo?

First off the fact that the Hinkley fired bullets ricochet tells you that this stuff does not work..well it does not work in 22, it has a very small charge of percussion explosive (perhaps silver nitrate/iodine) I did fire some in 45 acp and it definitely did some damage to oil filled jugs..The larger calibres have a percussion cap with a bit of powder under it loaded into a hollow point round.
Use this stuff on a person and the prosecutor will have a field day..if the "vicxtim" surtvives you will get sued blue.
Worst thing you can do in a justified shooting incident is use "killer ammo' or a gun with connotations (Model name)like Commando, Combat Masterpiece or anything that would incite the uninformed (jurors) to think you are some sort of dog just sniffing out trouble
I always felt that the nbest home defense weapon was a typical target or duck hunting gun..with a moniker like Sportsman or Target special and #6 BIRD shot rather than 00 Buck..0 -
