Building AR 15
Hello
Ok I decided to build an AR15 Varmint. Right after I saw few Good deal in newspaper (S___news) One was a Rock river arms lower (complete) for 239$ and the other was a complete flat top with colt 1-7 twist barrel, carbon fiber lower and upper for 539$.
I was wondering (Since most of time I believed in ABC rule.
1) How are Rock river arms rifles and their lowers vs Bushmaster and other rifles.
2) How are the new carbon fiber receivers
3) What should I do: go with the complete rifle or build one on the Rock river arms lower, OR non of the above
Thanks Mark

If you're going to build rather than assemble a complete upper to a complete lower I'd suggest installing a free floating handguard and a target trigger. No sense in buying parts you're going to throw out anyway. 0 -
go to ***********.com, get a Rock River lower for $100. Go to the homepage for Model 1 Sales, in Illinois, get the rest of your parts, save about $200. RRA's 2 stage drop in NM trigger job is great. $130. 0 -
marek: RRA makes a fantastic product, well worth th emoney. if your building, whoever said trick it out from the start was right. free float the guard, nm trigger, the works. will save you money in the end. as far as the carbon polymer, i'd stay away, but thats just me. for twist and all that, look up the ballistics for what bullet weight you will shoot most, the pick your barrell.
