Value of Luger mag?

I was digging through "don't use box" and came across a P-08 Luger mag.On the left side towards the top it has what appears to be a small eagle with the number 37 under it.Towards the the bottom on the left it has "fxo" the just below it another eagle with th 37 below it and PO8 towards the rear.No markings on right side.The bottom appears to be a alloy with + with a Y or P in cursive under it followed be 2857 serial across the bottom.All the markings are very crisp with 80% plus original finish,spring very strong.

Since I know nothing about Lugers I would wonder if any of you would know the value.Is the 37 the year of manufacture and what do the other markings mean?

    Hello,
    The mag you have is WWII era. The fxo is the maker and the Eagle37 is the Waffenamt (an acceptance mark).

    Most fxo mags were from 1941 on and are found in Mauser made Lugers and replacements.

    Not particularly rare, they go for about $45 and up. Find a fellow needing that particular serial number and $250 would be a fair price. The odds are something like 1 in 250,000.

    <fso> is the German 'S' code for C.G.Haenel, Waffen-u. Fahrradfabrik, Suhl Germany...You Magazine in Good Codition is Worth $35.00 to $45.00....The Small Eagle with the 37 is the German Waffenampt Acceptance Mark.....Serial numbers for German Nazi Weapons start at Serial number 0001 and run to 9,999 and start all over again...Your Magazine was made between 1935 to 1945.......

    Thought I had something because while I was browsing the web while waiting for a reply to come in here I saw one going on Fleabay and it has identical markings and the have already gone past a C note.
