bigger aint always better
I notice this about 32 being week sure there are lots of more powerfull ammo but its what you can shoot good with and can afford, 22 8-9shot snubs make a good buddy, the 22 mag is even better, the only knock on the 32 is ammo is expensive, they will all kill you the 22 being the most underated caliber, I'v killed big 300lb hogs with one & two shots to the head, seen deer run 50 feet when shot in the head, all of this with the lowly 22LR....anybody who thinks you need all them 44 cannons...357 sigs....fancy exploding ammo, flying ashtrays and other gimmicks are just jokesters.... lethality is not the answer. Stopping power is what you are after. Having the guy drop dead, 5 seconds after you shot him, and 2 seconds after he shot YOU 4-5x, is not the desired result. Some people are just flat out ignornt. 0 -
bigger is NOT always better, but more POWERFUL is always a better bet, IF that power doesn't slow down your repeat hits, and IF that power doesn't come with a stupid price in carryability, like a 454 Casull for instance, and IF that power is transmitted to the target in a way that maximizes both shock and tissue damage, in a way calculated to have maximal effect on the attacker's ability and willingness to continue his attack. 0 -
