Ruger year of manufacture

Would one of the ruger experts on here give me the year of manufacture for a standard model 22 auto pistol, serial number 4370XX? I know that it is fairly old, since it isn't a Mark II, and doesn't have the warning or the address for the owner's manual on it.

  Looks like 1967 to me.
