    They were only in business for a short period of time, circa ( late 1980's early 1990's ).

    The pistols have a great resemblance to the AMT products, of the same era. Although they were supposed to have been manufactured in Wyoming, I have always believed the parts came from Southern California.

    Granted they have been out of business for years, if you can pick up one that's in good shape and functions RELIABLY, it MIGHT? be worth it.

    right on. i found one in really good shape for 200 bucks. i dont have any experience with them, and am just wondering if im buying a piece of junk

    These were made for a few years in the 1990's in Wyoming until the company folded. Some worked good but many (most)wouldn't feed and were terribly frustrating to own and try to keep running. Today they have more value as a collector item than as a shooter. I had one in .45 auto that did well but sold it for fear of needing repairs and not having any source of parts and a worthless Lifetime Warranty. You see one for sale occasionally on the various auction and trader sites, usually in the $250-350 range.

    If the seller will give you the opportunity to test fire it, and you can run a couple boxes of ammo through it, without problems. Buy it.

    At the price you state, it probably is worth the chance. Be sure to try to get the owners manual, as these have a somewhat different/difficult take down. There is a small spring on top of the reciever that will either nail you in the eye or go into outer space when you remove the slide. I was lucky enough to find mine, get it back together and trade.....quickly. Mine also was a .45 but probably wasn't a lot different.

    I've got a 10mm model that I've been very happy with (maybe I jusy got lucky). I've got the original owner's manual & would make a copy if you need one.

    There is a company which has quite a few parts for them. Don't have the info with me here at work, but I can forward that on.
