Contiguous States Question Part 2
First question still was not answered or maybe it was and I didnt understand the answer. Please leave Kalifornia out of this because that doesnt pertain to me. . Is it legal to buy a long gun in lets say NY if I live in a state that does not border it ?

The contiguous state rule no longer exists. There is no federal prohibition of a resident of one state buying a long gun from a dealer in any state. State laws of either the buyers or sellers states may not allow it. If you question the accuracy of this post I will look it up in the federal regulations and tell you where you can read it for yourself. 0 -
