HK UMP/USC clones?

Is there any company out there that produces a UMP/USC clone. I was looking at an MP5 clone, however the .45 ACP is so much well...you know.

  Did you check with Special Weapons Inc? I know they make HK94 clones in .45 and they have a new carbine based off the UMP I believe.
