7.62x25 stripper clip question

I bought some 7.62x25 ammo at a gun show and found the ammo is on stripper clips. Eight rounds per clip, dated 1951, what firearm was the stripper clip intended for? I have a CZ52, but I don't think it accepts stripper clips. Any ideas?

    Czech CZ24 & CZ26 Submachine Guns.

    The had a special "fixture" on the forend in front of the triggerguard, that enabled the magazines to be loaded by stripping the 7.62 x 25 off the clips.

    You will also find what look like mag pouches for the Tokarev that were actually pouches for 7.62X25 ammo on stripper clips. Actual Tokarev mags won't fit, but a stripper of 7.62X25 fits just perfectly. You can't use a stripper on a Tokarev, but that must have been how the ammo was issued.

    The original W W II era Tokarev ammo, I've had in the past came in paper "packets" tied with string. Believe it was the same ammo & type of packing issued for the Russian Submachine Guns, i.e. PPSh 41 & PPS 42.

    I've seen those "mag pouches" you have refered to in your post. Believe they were for a 10 round stripper clip, that was normally used to load the Mauser Broomhandle or the Spanish knock-offs of same.

    Just as an aside, the Czech Models 23 and 25 submachineguns (9mm versions of the Models 24 and 26) also had the magazine loader attached to the right side of the foregrip. This is the English translation from an instruction manual for the Model 25: "A stripper clip of eight rounds is placed in the guide grooves and the magazine is then to be placed in the track and pushed against the clip. A stop at the end of the track holds the clip so that as the magazine is pushed forward the cartridges are loaded in the magazine. The empty clip is removed and the process repeated until the magazine is loaded". Magazines for the Models 24 and 26 hold 32 rounds.

    You have to use strip clips on Mauser broomhandles. I wonder if those
    would work as the Mauser ones are expensive & fairly hard to find?
