Looking for someone that can tell me how old the gun I was just given is. It's a ruger 10/22 Carbine with a serial number that starts 113-21XXX.

If anyone can give me an answer or if they can send me in the right direction to find out i would appreciate it.

    Thank you,

    Travis

Unless it is of special manufacture, it's hard to value just those parts. There was some differences, such as the barrels didn't have the warnings, but that aside, the value for parts is likely low because they simply wouldn't match unless you are lucky...

I'm going to use the action and I thought that someone
restoring theirs would need those parts. I have seen ads
where there has been a need or want for a no warning
barrel and walnut stock. I'm even second guessing my use
of that early of an action. Maybe I will find someone who
wants to restore mine. Again my many thanks,
    Paul
