As I can never remember which screw does what on my Canjar, I'll suggest that you do what I do. Call Canjar and ask. I've always found them to be very helpful on the phone (their shipping is slow however).

    Hello:
I have a Canjar on my Remington 788 in 223. I'll try and dig out the setting instructions for you. They are a very respectable trigger. On my 788 there were some problems adjusting so the safety worked correctly. As I recall the set screws were very sensitive. All in all, I'd probably pass on trying to adjust it yourself. If it's a nice rifle; and you have access to a competent gun smith, I'd go that route. The hair set on the Canjar is very sensitive, and my smith really dialed it in. I'm just leary about telling you to try. Wow! first place I looked and found the instruction sheet, and brochure. Pretty complicated buddy . . . it looks like there are a number of Canjar models, and it appears that each has adjustment screws in different locations. If you have a single stage trigger vs the set trigger, there are also different adjustments. If you want to drop me an e-mail, I'll burn you a copy. Best I can do.
