John Conover 12 guage Shotgun

I have a friend who was wanting to find out more about a shotgun he has aquired and I am having trouble locating any information on the gun. Would someone please help me out. This is what it says on the gun if you would like pictures I can take some digital pictures and send them to you individualy. Thanks for any information you may be able to give us.
