Igman and Hot Shot

    I've shot some Igman 9mm in my pistola...decent ammo, seems to be a little dirty...

    I posted the same question about a year ago, and at that time the replies indicated that Hotshot and Igman were so-so quality. If your looking for reasonable priced ammo, you might check out www.natchezss.com they are super friendly, have great customer service, and best of all they are cheaper than most. I would recommend CCI Blazer or Sellier & Bellot ammo for high quality and low price.

    I would agree that Igmann and others are decentbut a bit dirty! I also agree that S&B is a great deal for the money and boxer primed to boot! I use their 7.62x54R alot and although it only lasts about 8 reloads at full boat; it is workable and headspaces well right out of the box. There are a lot of companies offerring the S&B line, just watch the prices and shipping costs to determine if they are a good deal or not!

    i got some 'hot shot' ammo in .303 brit. for my enfields (#5, and p-14), the rim dia. is about .007 larger than win. ammo. doesn't make any difference with the smle but i had to open up the bolt face on the p-14 a littel to use it. still nice ammo for the price ($5/box) and reloadable.
