AMT Javelina 10mm

Does anyone know for sure what parts interchange from the Colt 1911 style pistols with the AMT Javelina? Can I interchange the upper slide assembly, barrel, and mag with one from a Colt or Colt copy to change over to 45acp from 10mm Auto?

  I have a AMT Javelina and a Colt Delta Elite and parts interchange between the two like clock work. As for the rest of the question I will have to let someone else answer.
