Ruger experts, Bisley ??????
I just purchased a couple of Ruger Bisley models ,
1st one says on the left side of frame
Ruger 41 magnum cal
New Model Blackhawk
cylinder is engraved with Ruger Bisley Model 1896 Revolver
gun is blued with 7 1/2" barrel, my book says it was discontinued in 1996, But ser # is 48-146xx which puts it as made in 2002 , gun also came in the grey plastic box with fired shell casing , dated 6/19/02, so what gives did Ruger make a limit run of these or what ????
2nd guns is Ruger Bisley Single Six , blued , 6 1/2" barrel but with a flat top frame and NOT fully adjustable sights , just drift adjust for windage ,, with a partridge front sight , ser# 261-135xx, any ideas as to when it was make???

duckhunter: yes mine is just like the one you have on auction , would they be from acusport or davidson's ?
