Replacement sig 226 grips?

My 226 has original hard plastic grips. Any experience with the Hogue, Uncle Mikes or Sig rubber grips? Do these make the gun any fatter?

  A friend of mine just changed his out with some Hogue finger grip ones. I am not sure but I think he said they were just a tad bit wider. But I know he said he likes them.
