Preban / Postban

Obviously I know the breakpoint date that makes a rifle pre or post ban, but I was wondering what a private citizen had to do in order to buy/sell a postban rifle.

  All depends on the laws of Ohio.
  As far as the federal laws are concerned, no problems. Same as buying anything else.
  Dlr has to do the Brady/NCIC check & 4473 paperwork.
  Indivial to indivial in state, give them the $ & grin. "IF" ohio allows transfers between indivials!
  Internet purchase, the weapon have to go to a receiving FFL dlr, who will do the check & 4473 to you.
