WWII Hilter Youth Collectible Questions...

I think that I have an authentic Hitler Youth Armband. Everyone I have shown it to thinks that it is real and not one of the knock offs produced by forgers after the war. How can I tell the difference, for SURE??? Has a forgery ever fooled any of the 'so-called' experts?? Sorry about the weird question. I'm new here and not real clear on protocol, as yet. Also, what do they normally sell for? I paid $35 in the 80's at the end of the day at a gun show when the fella was packing up. I am thinking about getting rid of the rest of my German WWII stuff and trying to start collecting Japanese, items. Thank you for any and all information you could provide.

    Thank you so much daddy was in the service for 20 years. I grew up with guns and military stuff...I never turned into a gangster or a wacko. I think the media likes to demonize too much...sigh. I have several snaps of it...but this is my fave:

    I wonder if I got that right??? Hmmmm...I wish that I would have sold my knock off SS Dagger here...probably would have gotten more for it than I did on the other site.
