K-29 Radom question
Hey there you Polish experts! A friend and I are trying to complete his K(NOT a WZ)29 Polish mauser restoration project and he's gotten to the point of needing a cleaning rod and then he's done. Were these equipped with a "10, "12 or "14 inch rod? We could just measure a piece of coat hanger but I would rather hear from the pro's as to what the arsenal correct version was! Also, could you simply substitute a correct length cleaning from a VZ-24, VZ-22, K-98 or other Mauser variant? Also wouold like to find a Bayonet for her...do you have any suggestions other than the overpriced crap on Ebay? Again, is there a known substitute bayonet that would fit correctly? As always, thanks again and I'll be anxiously awaiting your replies!!
