I have purchased two similiar setups for $300 at gunshows in excellent condition. The 44 mag barrels are extremely common. The problemwith used T/C's is that someone might like your frame but not the caliber(s) so the barrel has little value to them and they would just need to buy the caliber they REALLY want. The barrel won't trade straight across so they'll have to suffer a hit on the new caliber.

In my opinion the 16" barrel would be extremely unwieldy and inconvenient. I have a couple of super 14's and the balance is horrible. I have a 10" bull in 30/30 that is beautifully balanced.

    ....I never met a gun I didn't like!

As you don't say the make of the scope I can't range a value for that part.

Excluding scope $350-375 and bear in mind that the market varries from one area to another.

Your 16 inch barrel in handgun config. is a little cumbersome, but the barrel also permits setup as carbine, which is a plus.

You may be better off to part it out ... selling barrel, scope and holster at auction and the frame locally, or you could offer the frame at auction, but if your not an FFL or have a friend that is, you will have to charge a stiff shipping fee that will make it difficult to get a decent price. For example in top condition you can get $200 +/- for the frame and grip, but if buyer has to pay non-ffl to ffl shipping rates I'd guess that your auction selling price would be in the $175-185, plus shipping.

If you only have time to do two things so-so, or one thing well ... do the one thing!
