Transfering assault weapons?

I thought the transfer of assault weapons was prohibited by the brady act.


Why are they for sale here?

Isn't that illegal?

  Properly registered guns can be sold/transferred. Paperwork and hoops to jump through but "Brady" don't have anything to do with this.
