Another - stuck fired cases in Ruger 454

I know there are a few posts about this, but has anyone else found a solution to this or got a good answer (besides not using the said brand ammo?) I've tried Winchesters and they eject fine, but Hornady's get stuck hard after 1 wheel - it appears that the cases are swollen at the base, once I get them out. Are the Horn's just too hot? I tried their 300 gr bullet @ ~1640 fps and 240 grn. @ 2000 fps. The Winchesters are a 250 grn bullet @ ~ 1300 fps. Thanks!

    I have had casings get stuck in my ruger 44 super redhawk also. Not to where I can't get them, just tight in there. It has happened with different makes of ammo also. Just every once in a while I'll get a stubborn one![:(!][:(!]

    A friend of mine had the same problem with his ruger 454, but only with the higher velocity/pressure cases... he found that very clean cylinder walls do help but does not stop this problem... and dust that does get trapped between the wall and the case becomes a wedge till the brass cools off enough to be ejected... just my thoughts
