Converting from mm to inches
Whats the formula used for converting? I've seen it on here before but can't find it. Thanks.....

There are 25.4mm/inch
There are 2.54cm/inch
1mm = 0.03937 inches
600mm = 600/25.4 = 23.622"0 -

If your looking to convert caliber to mm or vice versa there is no direct conversion because the bore diameters in caliber arms varries from the bore diameter, whereas the mm arms run closer to the bore diameter.
Best you can do is use the true bore diameter and due the conversion.
Example 9mm you multiply 9 by .03937 and you come up with .35433 and the 9mm bullet diameters are typically referenced as being .355
