I too get the "album empty" mssg.

To simplify all of this, why don't you do as I suggested a while back and send the digital images to me as regular email attachments and I'll post them for you.

If you've misplaced my email address use the icon at the top of this reply and I'll reply w/ my direct mail address.

    Hello Bigbarn...

The one rifle you have pictured (P4061288.JPG, P4061289.JPG, P4061290.JPG, P4061291.JPG) looks like a Frank Wesson two-trigger. Old Norm Flayderman has some good information in his book on them. I only saw pictures of just one firearm... are there others?

You have a bunch of interesting stuff, some appear valuable.

To give you a more accurate idea of what you have, all markings/proofmarks, calibers/gauges, overall length and barrel lengths will have to be provided. Also close up high quality photos.

This is what I have came up with after a cursory look.

    1), # P4031238 - Belgian? Flobert Rifle

    2), # P4061251 - Double Barrel Hammer Shotgun

3), # P4061255 - Very High Grade Sporter, Built on what appears to be a Model 1871 Mauser single shot action.

    4), # P4061260 - Sharps-Borchardt Military Rifle, that has been sporterized.

    5), # P4061264 - Another Double Barrel Hammer Shotgun

6), # P4061268 - Double Barrel Rifle with external hammers, with underlever opening.

    7), # P4061271 - Marlin Model 1891 Lever Action Rifle, 1st Variation.

    8), # P4061274 - Another Lever Action Rifle.

    9), # P4061276 - Ballard Carbine, Civil War era.

10), # P4061284 - German Military, Model 1888 Carbine, made in the Eurfurt Military Arsenal.

11), #P4061288 - Frank Wesson Rifle, Second Type.

Thanks again for all your help![:D]

Well I haven't heard from any more experts in the last few days, and am wondering if you guys have forgot about me? I got some good information from Bert H, but have not heard from any one else. ContenderMan is supposed to post my pictures on this sight, so if any of you guys see them, please help me identify them.
And again, thanks for your expert help! [:D][:)][^]

BigBarn ... I still haven't gotten the pictures from you to post.

I will be out of town most of the weekend, but if you can get them to me during that time I will start posting them when I get home.
