What is the diffrence from a Remington Model 700 SA action and a Remington Model 7 action? Can both actions fit in the same stock? Is the diffrence only cosmetic?

the placement of the action screws will not allow them to fit in the same stock.
Go with a 700SA,..as they have far more parts available.
why chase the game when the bullet can get em from here?....
