Actions Buffers
Are the rubberized/plastic buffers made for semi auto rifles, that go between the bolt or the slide, and frame of any value?

yes, they stop metal to metal slap/contact and in the case of a 10/22 with an aluminum reciever it will stop the bolt stop pin from damaging the pin hole over time. As the buffer takes the metal bolt stop pins place.
I've always followed my father's advice: he told me, first to always keep my word and, second, to never insult anybody unintentionally. If I insult you, you can be damn sure I intend to. And, third, he told me not to go around looking for trouble.

I tried them in my ak's, they do reduce the noise and metal contact, but I got alot more jams then without them. I figure the ak's will outlast me so I am not too worried about the metal contact wearing out or breaking the gun. I took them out. I got mine from Buffer Technologies.

Jam with an ak? That is not possible... Did you take a hammer to it? A really really big hammer? Like a 20 pound sledge after bump firing a 40 round clip?
"shakes head"
jams in an ak.... now I have heard everything.
edit: to the topic at hand, I just put in a blackjack buffer in my sar-1 about a month ago. I then put a good 60 rounds threw it I duno it feels different not sure I like it or not.0
