Does any one know where I can find a rear sight and stock to return
a sporterized 03 back to somewhat original condition or is`nt it
worth doing?

Parts are often found on the online auctions, Shotgun News, the Gun List, & maybe even Sarco & Gunparts Corp.
But, it's not worth doing unless you do a lot of research. There were different manufacturers & shapes of stocks, plus different markings. Plus, different types of barrel bands & butt plates were used. Everything must be correct for the serial # of your receiver. And, the amount of wear should match the metal of your receiver, barrel, & bolt.
So, it may not be worthwhile.

'03 Sporters are a little on the heavy side by today's standards, but unless it is a "home butchery" job they are good hunting rifles.
If you want a mil-stock '03 your better served buying one at auction or gun show, or gun shop if you find one in a shop. However, you still have to know what your buying because there are a number of "parts bucket" rifles around that have no real collector value, yet the sellers are asking collector prices. There is a lot of good reference info out there ... do some reading, pack away the factoids then go shopping. And if you don't care for your sporterized rifle place it for auction here on GB as they sell pretty well. Not big $$$ but reasonable.
PS- If the sight is/was on the rear of the receiver ... it's was an 03-A3 and if your chasing an actual 03 be advised that there are still many on the market that have the original lower working pressure barrels ... good from a collecting standpoint, but bad from a shooting standpoint w/ modern ammo.
If you only have time to do two things so-so, or one thing well ... do the one thing!0
