daisey model 21 value
Hi, I have a model 21 with the original box it came in. I am thinking of selling it and would like to know what you think it is worth. The front trigger is broken off about 1/3 of the way down, and the right barrel is dented at oppening but magazine still screw's in. Both barrel's work and rest of gun is in good shape. can send picture's if it will help. this gun was bought in Palm Bay FL, early 70's from a small bait shop and made quit a few rabbit pelt's in its time. the original price was hand written on box and can still be seen were it was marked down. any help would be appreciated thanks

Hi! Welcome to the forum. My estimate is that your airgun will bring $100-200 and I give that wide of a spread because of the damage you mentioned, and to get closer a person has to actually look the gun over. In excellent condition w/ box and all I'd guess it would be worth twice what I've mentioned. However, I think before you sell it you should go to forums that specialize in airguns, and also check out the Airgun Bluebook price est.

Hello J.W.
I own one of these (no box), and it was appraised several years ago at $750 (but it is in much better condition than what you are describing). Does your Model 21 SxS have the wood stock, or the plastic stock?

It should bring $500 to $600 in that condition w/box. The gun by itself in nice shape w/no box is like Bert said $750. The box is probably worth $200 by itself. These guns have a demand and will bring $850 to $1200 mint in the box. I sold one awhile back, broken stock, no bead, missing one magazine for almost $200.

I pretty sure that the model 21 only came with a plastic stock. The model 104 double had the wood stock.

first off thanks for the responce everyone and i'll check on those link's posted. The gun has a plastic stock and foregrip the stock was broken and replaced with a factory one in the early 70's. does any one know of someone that repair's or make's new triggers. thanks again.
