hopkins 45 auto ???
anybody ever heard of a hopkins 45 auto? had a man call today wanting to know if I would be interested in buying one he owns.The only hopkins I can find is hopkins & allen and I dont think they ever made an auto.

You're right about Hopkins & Allen....they never made an auto pistol.
I've never heard of a Hopkins .45 Auto either.....but with all the people out there making 1911 clones & copies.....who knows?
Possibly some small local gunsmith turning out custom 1911s?0
