Anybody heard of E.L.kuhns gunsmith engraver?
Doing a little research on a gun and hoping that someone may have heard of this gunmaker and gunsmith.

I am acquainted with Lee Kuhns... he is indeed a master gunsmith/gunmaker. One of the many things that Lee specializes in, is building specialized (high $$$$$) hunting rifles. Could be the same person.

After looking at the auction that 101Airborne mentioned, I am almost positive that it was Lee Kuhns (the rifle is being sold out of Oregon, and Lee lives in my home state... Washington). He has made a decent number of specialized rifles for Microsoft executives in the past 15 years or so, but is getting on in age. I haven't spoken with him in about two years, but he is the next door neighbor to a close family friend of mine.

I have an EL Kuhns made in Leechburg PA in 300 win mag #4200 on what I think is tiger maple with a black chromed barrel with scrolling cut into the barrel near the action and on the tip near the crown. I am trying to find out More about Mr. Kuhns and what the value of this gun might be it is gorgeous. 0 -

The Lee Kuhns that I know lives in Washington state.0
