ar 15 barrel length
I have seen some 24inch target uppers on gunbroker. Is the 24 inch barrel going to give me some incredible downrange? Or are the 14.5 and 16 inch barrels going to do the same? Just want some feedback.

Wide open topic here Ted but I think you will want to concentrate on powder speeds here to make real sense out of the whole thing. Twist rates etc...are a little different too for the different length tubes. Generally the longer barrels are made for delivering better dwnrange accuracy and will thus make a little better use of slower burning powders.
