Anyone have a link for Colt Python serial number, year of production?

What year is this? Ser. # V04XXX.

  that guyide only goes up to V Prefix, I have a bright stainless python with X code, the manual is from 1990 so I think the gun was made in 90 or 91 but if you know of another site that includes later dates that would be great
