450 Taurus

I just purchased a 450 Taurus UL NIB. My firt experience with it has been bitter/sweet. The first 2 rounds (handloads) fired flawlessly then CLICK, BOOM, CLICK, what the @#$%&. Reload, BOOM, CLICK, BOOM, CLICK, CLICK. Went home checked firing pin then thought maybe it's the handloads (never had a problem with them in my TC). Loaded a few more rounds and went out again. Try single action this time. Fires every time. Reload, fire double action, BOOM, CLICK, BOOM, CLICK, CLICK. Aw JEEZ. I'm thinking maybe a timing issue with the transfer bar when shooting DA. The primers are showing a slight impact. Any ideas.

Could also use some suggestions on a CC holster.
