USP problem

I just got back from the range with my new (to me) USP .40

It wasn't striking the primer hard enough on some S&B ammo. Had three no go's out of six.

What do I need? New main spring? more?

  if possible some ranges that ive been to let you rent guns. I would try that same ammo in another .40 weapon as it may just be bad ammo
  Also, i would try different brands of ammo and see if you can duplicate this problem. if other ammo works still does that, then i would call and or email h&k and state your problem to them and they should be able to give you an idea of what parts may need replacement. at the least...take it to a gunsmith and have him look it over for worn or broken parts.
