SKS STOCK

I bought a yogoslavian SKS and was cleaning up the stock. In the process I removed the finish. Does anyone know what color stain would match the original brown color? If anyone else has done this what did you use? I want to keep it looking as close to original as possible. I tried some tru-oil walnut stock stain but it is actually red not brown. Thanks

  HOW DO YOU TAKE OFF THE SKS STOCK IN ORDER TO CLEAN THE GUN
