help
I just bought a rifle from a non FFL holder here on gunbroker. My FFL is under the impression that the seller must send it through an FFL to him. Is this true? Or are rifles okay to send from non-FFL to FFL? Please include where to find proof to back up your reply, it's not that I don't trust you, it's that my FFL needs hard evidence.Thanks-

Hello farmertom,
Welcome to the forum.
The 745C Springfield was made by Savage Arms Co. It appers to be based on the Browning design and they are a real *#&@#$ to put together. Numrich list them in their parts catalog. It's been 30 years since I last put one together.
Not much help here. Good Luck!

these are very similar to the browning a-5, any 'smith' that can put an a-5 together can work of the 745 also. 0
