rem.7400 bases

remington nut

are there 2 piece weaver bases made for a remington 7400, i can only find 1 piece bases, and by looking at the screw spacing on the reciever they look kinda close for 2 piece bases anyhow... just wondering... i was asked the question and can't find the answer myself so i'm coming here for help...

  Weaver makes their Grand Slam Steel bases (#S449-rear & #S457-front).

  I just got a B-square scope mount for a Remington 1100 12 guage shotgun and she fits my Remington semi-rifle as the trigger group pins are in the same position and diameter.
  
  Makes the rifle look a bit better than the cheesy top mounts and allows you to use your iron sights without buying high rise scope rings.
