Kinda late to ask - but no shame there.
Looks like you will be the expert on that lot.
Let US know how it worked out, and other particulars.

I shoot mostly S&B in that round. I did have some 'ammo in white boxes' that came with a pistol. After I knew the gun was OK with 'known' ammo, I shot a little of the 'white box' stuff.
It was corrosive, as I suspected (eye and nose test). But it all lit off and seemed to shoot a little hot. I have wiped and kept the full 'white box', it may not be worth much, but is surely is 'different'.
We will be waiting to hear ...

You mean there is such thing as non-corrosive 7.62x25 ammo?

Just hose your barrel down w/ Windex when your done shooting it. Then a patch down it with some gun oil.

Yes there is non-corrosive 7.62x25 ammo. made by Hansen Cartridge Combany comes in a pale green box marked .30 combat, but it is 85 gr. FMJ. Also Fiocchi make 7.63 Mauser with an 88 gr. FMJ.

    for GOD and COUNTRY

    S&B 7.62x25 is non-corrosive.

Is it "New" or "Next" generation? I sold the Tokarev a while ago. I remember buying a lot of it in red plastic boxes. It turned out to be Czech made, but packed in South Africa. Very good and non-corrosive.

Midway replaced my Tokarev barrel because I bought some of their surplus ammo, white box, that they did not have marked as corrosive. 100 rounds and 2 weeks later, the barrel was ugly.

Have fired a lot of these thru my CZ52. Good ammo. So now that you've did the buy-it-now you can quit worrying[:D]

It is S. African ammo. and the price is reasonable, but no bargain as it is not uncommon to get RSA at gun shows for $6.25 to $6.50 per 50 rnds. and w/ your shipping charges your in the same ballpark.

Enjoy it ... 7.62x25 is a slick rould and BTW there are saboted 223 rounds available for this chambering ... but they run about $50 a box and I'm not laying out that kind of money.
