Gun Grease
I've always used a light coat of gun oil on my handguns, but I recently bought a new Springfield Armory .45 to use as a carry gun here in Ohio (our new CCW law takes effect April 8th). My question is this: I've read some articles that say you should use a grease as a lubricant for CCW weapons as it lasts longer and stays on your gun. Any comments on gun grease would be helpful. Also what kinds if any, do you recommend.
Thanks,
Mike

I use Tetra gun grease to prevent galling and to lub the pivots on my shotguns. It should work fine.
