    I sold #2059 about 5 years ago for $1400. I still have an earlier one I shoot, plus a factory letter, that would sell for a bit more now.

    70% - $1,425
    60% - $1,100

    Add 50% for factory slotted specimens (500 Mfg.)
    Add 250% for 1907 U.S.Military Contract variation (205 Mfg.)

    Considering that SA Colts average a couple of grand, these .45's are a bargain right now. They will all be over a hundred years old within 6 years and only a few thousand were made.
    The FIRST .45 automatic! They WILL appreciate significantly but that is just my opinion.
