I'm searching for info concerning reloading the 9mm largo cartridge.

    1. Has anyone seen or know of a source of boxer primed brass?
    2. Has anyone seen any loaded ammo with boxer priming?
    3. Dies seem to be non existant. I wonder if 38super dies will work?
    4. Info on any loading data would be greatly appreciated.

almost identical to .38auto/super. the .38auto/super has a semi rimed case while 9mm L is rimless. dies for the .38 auto/super will work and brass may work without trimming the rim (depends on your gun). i've had several star m-super pistols in 9mm L that would shoot .38auto/super brass as is.

9MM Largo is the same as 9X23 which is available. I use the regular 9MM (9X19) dies with no problem. I use U.S.A.C. 124 gr. lrn ( copper coated) over 7.6 grains of Acurate Arms No. 7 powder and CCI-500 primers. Work fine in my Star B.

Thank you gentlemen for your timely and informative replies.

I suspected the info you related to be the case for this cartridge. Your personal experiences have lessened my fears about doing a little experimentation.

    Thanks again for your input.

WWW.starlinebrass.com has properly headstamped 9mm largo available.
