1:32 - 1:48 Twist Muzzleloader
Wanting a Kentucky Style Muzzleloader but can't find a new one with 1:32 twist(50 Cal.).Maybe I'll buy a 1:48
Lyman makes a Plains Rifle with 1:32 that looks of good quality.
Wanting to shoot Conical Bullets and wonder if I can shoot much better groups with the 1:32 compared with the 1:48 twist?
1-Powder
2-Patch
3-Ball
4-Remove the Rod
5-Do Not Forget the Cap.

My experience is that conicals shoot fine in 1/48 twist. 1/32 is ok for conicals but great for sabot. I have never shot any muzzleloader with a faster twist than 1/32 so cant comment on those. Just my .02 0
