G'day..can't answer your question about the Lanber...but thought they had taken away all your guns and were now banning swords, sabers, and bayonets.

A friend will post your bail. A good friend will be sitting next to you in the cell saying, "man that was fun!"

Don't know what's available in the Down-Under, and I don't have a clue as to how things price out.

There are better guns out there than the Lanber. I'd have a long look at some of the Japenese offerings (even if I'd rather have something else). Many famous Italian guns are good, too. In the end I'd choose a Mossberg or Stevens on the low end. Perhaps a Remington or Ithaca as a medium priced gun. Then a Browning or Ruger if you were interested in a quality O/U.

Understand... These are guns I'm familiar with and I'm not trying to steer you toward any brand in particular. What I'm saying is that it's worth the money to pay a bit more for quality and fit.

Will Lanber take back their worn out or broken product in 20 years and return it as-new for just the cost of shipping? Ruger will. What's that worth?
