Buy an all light alloy S&W J-frame and don't sweat the sweat.
You know it's going to work when you pull the trigger.

I agree, take a good look at an airweight smith. I have a 637 that i forget is even there. if you are carrying it, i would go with a hammerless tho.

I agree an alloy airweight smith would make a great carry gun but you dont find many of them for under 200 bucks,I own an assortment of autos, nine in the 1911 style and three german made ppk/s plus an assortment of p series rugers and about every kind of 22 ever made. I was just thinking of something I could buy cheap.Something that if it got dropped ,banged up,wet or just a little neglected I would not cry to hard over but would still go bang when I pulled the trigger.everyone braggs on EAA's autos so I just wondered about their wheel guns

If you mean the Windicator, they are a German made gun. They have been around for awhile. I had one a couple years ago. They are not the best quality, but it did shoot well. I would stick to factory ammo, I wouldn't trust it with high pressure stuff.

Hard work pays off in the future. Laziness pays off now.

IF this is the little gun I am thinking of it actually looks pretty good, BUT the barrel that you see is not what you get. The thick diameter barrel with the vent rib on top is just a sleeve with one tiny little pin holding it in place over a small diameter real barrel. I saw one before that had shot lose and the "barrel" would flop around just handling it. It would probably have fallen off if you tried to shoot it. Granted any gun will not work properly when missing parts, but I don't trust them.
    My $.02
