REMINGTON 522 VIPER problem?

TERRIBLE TRIGGER PULL, anyone know what I could do to lighten the pull it must be 10 lbs there's no way to use a scope on this bad boy.

  the design of this rifle does not lend its self to a light trigger pull (large heavy striker), remember this rifle was designed to give remington an entry level 22 rinfire semiautomatic.

  Ditto what b.goforth said. Never seen one with a good trigger or know of a way to make it better. Gun never got popular enough to have any aftermarket sources for upgrades either........[:(]
